The managers of the Isfahan Oil Refining Company, the National Iranian Oil Engineering and Construction Company (NIOEC) as MC, and the contractors of the RHU project presented a report on the activities carried out in the presence of Mohammad Ali Dadvar, Deputy CEO of the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC).
Given the importance of the RHU project and based on the diligent follow-up of the Deputy CEO of the NIORDC and the CEO of Isfahan Oil Refining Company to accelerate the implementation of the project and create coordination between suppliers, it has been decided that meetings will be held every two weeks until the launch of this project. In this regard and with this goal, a meeting was held at Isfahan Oil Refining Company on Thursday, February 29.
In this meeting, the Deputy CEO of NIORDC, while reiterating the need to speed up the work, stated: It is necessary for all stakeholders in the national RHU project to cooperate so that the company can witness the launch of this huge environmental and economic unit in the country in the near future.
In this meeting, all important issues regarding the supply and procurement of project goods in the reactors, reciprocating compressors, boilers, pumps and remaining piping were reviewed, and decisions were made to speed up the work.
The project to construct a desulfurization unit for distillation tower residues (Reside Hydrotreater Unit -RHU) with the aim of eliminating the country’s fuel imbalance in accordance with Article 45 of the Seventh Development Plan Law began in 2019 and is being implemented with the utmost speed and quality as the most important project of Isfahan Petro-refining Company.
