At the 14th meeting of the provincial Artificial Intelligence Strategic Council, Gholamreza Bagheri Dizaj, CEO of Esfahan Oil Refining Company, referring to the measures undertaken at the company, stated: Esfahan Oil Refining Company is the first refinery to use artificial intelligence extensively in its operational and administrative departments.
He added: In all artificial intelligence projects, three principles—reducing time, reducing costs, and facilitating processes—have been considered, and highly favorable results have been achieved.
Referring to the application of artificial intelligence in industrial equipment maintenance, the CEO of EORC said: “Today, artificial intelligence-based systems identify the cause of equipment failures with over 99 percent accuracy, which has reduced errors, prevented resource waste, and accelerated maintenance processes.”
Bagheri Dizaj also referred to the applications of this technology in laboratories, employee health, and specialized training, adding: Artificial intelligence has now become an effective tool for decision-making, data analysis, and improving productivity in the industry.
