At the national conference “Customer Satisfaction from the Perspective of Successful and Leading Leaders,” held on November 14, 2025, at the Conference Center of the National Library and Archives Organization of Iran, a group of prominent managers, management scholars, and industry leaders from across the country gathered to exchange experiences and present strategic viewpoints, examining the path to excellence and customer satisfaction from the perspective of leading leaders.
On this occasion, attended by notable economic and industrial figures of the country, Shiraz Petrochemical Company, as one of the national exemplary units in enhancing customer satisfaction and developing effective communications in the supply chain and services, was honored to receive the top plaque and statue.
