At a ceremony attended by the Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade, Shazand Petrochemical was introduced as the exemplary industrial unit of Markazi Province for 2025.
At the event, which honored outstanding industrial and mining units from Markazi Province and was attended by national and provincial officials, Shazand Petrochemical was recognized as the province’s exemplary industrial unit for 2025.
The certificate and trophy were presented to Hossein Asgari, Deputy of Production and Head of the Complex, on behalf of Abbas Karimi, CEO and board member of the company.
Through careful planning and increased efficiency, Shazand Petrochemical recorded sales of more than 150 trillion rials in the first five months of this year—a 5% increase compared with the same period last year—solidifying its position among Markazi province and the country’s leading industries.
With 17 production units and 6 processing units, the complex supplies over 5,000 downstream units and offers the widest product range among Iranian petrochemical companies. Its upward trend in production and sales is expected to continue through the end of the year.
