Shares of Shazand Petrochemical Co. (SHARAK) could be poised for a fresh advance after finding support at 3,205 tomans, with technical indicators pointing to a potential retest of their previous peak. But mixed momentum signals and a neutral Ichimoku outlook suggest investors may need further confirmation before declaring the resumption of an uptrend.

3,205-Toman Support Puts Previous High Back in Focus

SHARAK shares climbed from around 2,954 tomans to a high of 3,624 tomans before reversing course and entering a corrective phase. The subsequent pullback brought the stock to its 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level, where the price found support around 3,205 tomans.

If that support holds and broader market conditions improve, the shares could move back towards their previous high of 3,624 tomans. A sustained break above that resistance would open the way towards the next technical target of around 3,869 tomans.

Technical Indicators Offer Mixed Signals

Momentum indicators, however, paint a less conclusive picture.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) has turned higher, suggesting a possible improvement in buying momentum. The Commodity Channel Index (CCI) and Money Flow Index (MFI), by contrast, remain on a downward trajectory.

The divergence suggests that the recovery has yet to gain broad-based technical confirmation, leaving open the possibility that the recent price strength may prove short-lived.

Ichimoku Signals Point to a Neutral Market

The Ichimoku analysis also suggests that the stock has yet to establish a clear directional trend. Both the Conversion Line (Tenkan-sen) and the Base Line (Kijun-sen) remain flat, indicating a lack of decisive momentum and a broadly neutral market outlook.

Support and Resistance to Determine the Next Move

The immediate outlook for SHARAK hinges largely on two price levels: the ability to hold support at 3,205 tomans and the capacity to break above resistance at 3,624 tomans.

A sustained move above the previous high could bring the 3,869-toman level into focus. Until then, however, the downward readings in the CCI and MFI, alongside the neutral Ichimoku signals, suggest that a sustained bullish reversal remains unconfirmed.
