National Petrochemical Industries Company (NPC) announced Kangan Petrorefining Company as the winner of the crystal statuette in the 12th Iranian Petrochemical Industry Excellence Award. So, Kangan Petrorefining Company was among the best petrochemical companies and won the crystal statuette.
On the sidelines of the ceremony, the Deputy Minister of Petroleum and the CEO of the National Petrochemical Industries Company, in the presence of CEOs of petrochemical industries, CEOs of the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone, and a group of oil industry experts, honored the winners of the companies located in the Kangan and Assaluyeh regions participating in the 12th Iranian Petrochemical Industry Excellence Award.
According to this report, taking into account the national and international indicators of the Excellence Award, among petrochemical companies, Kangan Petrorefining Company, along with some petrochemical companies, achieved the highest score and was awarded the crystal statuette.
It is worth noting that this ceremony, which was scheduled to be held in March 2026, was held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the Nakhl Hotel in Kangan, taking into account the special critical conditions of the country.
During this ceremony, Hassan Abbaszadeh, Deputy Minister of Petroleum and CEO of the National Petrochemical Industries Company, honored Dr. Seyyed Javad Fallahian, on behalf of the management team and employees of Kangan Petrorefining Company, with the highest level of the Excellence Award.
Dr. Seyyed Javad Fallahian, the youngest CEO of the petrochemical industry, has so far recorded numerous honors to his name, some of which include the technical operation of “hot tap” on the Western Ethylene Line without stopping the transfer by Kangan Petrorefinery, which was carried out for the first time in the world and in Iran.
