In a meeting with managers and employees of the Technical and Engineering Services Unit, the CEO of the Persian Gulf Howeizeh Gas Refining Company emphasized the key role of this unit in advancing current projects and said: “Hearing directly the views, challenges, and expert solutions paves the way for more accurate decision-making and more effective implementation of projects.”
The CEO of the company met with managers and employees of the Technical and Engineering Affairs Unit, focusing on reviewing the progress of current projects, identifying technical and implementation challenges, and receiving specialized suggestions.
In this meeting, Javanshir Sadeghi stated that the company’s senior management seriously supports the approach of direct dialogue with employees, adding: “These meetings are held to truly hear the issues; we want the challenges to be presented as they are and practical solutions to be provided for them.”
Referring to the progress of ongoing projects, the CEO of the Persian Gulf Howeizeh Gas Refining Company said: “Despite technical limitations and complexities, the company’s projects are on the right track, and this is the result of the efforts, creativity, and commitment of the engineering and executive teams.”
Sadeghi also emphasized the need for a forward-looking perspective in the design and implementation of projects, saying: “Our decisions today must meet the needs of our tomorrow; for this reason, innovation, updating technical knowledge, and using field experiences are an inevitable necessity.”
In the continuation of this meeting, managers and experts of the technical and engineering affairs unit expressed their views, challenges in the projects and their suggestions for improving the implementation process. The company’s CEO also appreciated the openness and responsible approach of the employees and emphasized the practical follow-up of the issues raised and their transformation into executive plans.
It is worth noting that this meeting was held in order to strengthen the direct connection between management and the company’s specialized body and with the aim of further synergy in advancing the strategic projects of Persian Gulf Howeizeh Gas Refining Plant.
