In 2025, Zahir Heydarinejad and the Kermanshah Petrochemical management team made a strategic decision to take a different path, that’s to say they targeted pre-sale of July, August, and September products in export markets.

In recent years, the final months of spring and summer 2025 have been a period of storage challenges and relative stagnation in global markets for many petrochemical producers.

Inventory accumulation, reduced storage capacity, and pressure for immediate sales often limited companies’ bargaining power. In 2025, Zahir Heydarinejad and the Kermanshah Petrochemical management team made a strategic decision to take a different path, that’s to say they targeted pre-sale of July, August, and September products in export markets.

This strategy not only solved the storage capacity problem, but also gave the company the power to shift its focus from “selling under pressure” to “selling with maximum profit” in trade negotiations.

This strategic decision also reduced the risk of production reduction due to inventory limitations to zero and ensured continuity of production until the end of autumn.

Experts believe that adopting such approaches, in addition to creating operational stability, can strengthen the company’s brand image and commercial position in international markets as a regular and leading supplier.
