Kermanshah Petrochemical Company made one of its best starts in recent years by recording a revenue of 56 billion and 607 million Tomans. In February/ March, the company supplied a total of 3,490 tons of products to the market, of which “granular urea” with a volume of 2,800 tons had the main share, and “liquid ammonia” came in second place. Following these supplies, Kermanshah Petrochemical Company managed to sell 2,600 tons of its products; equivalent to about 75 percent of the total supplies.
One of the highlights of the March/ April 2025 trading was the fact that the company’s urea granules was accepted by market traders. All 2,000 tons of registered demand for this product resulted in transactions, which indicates the established position of this product in the market and the company’s competitive advantage. In the financial area, Kermanshah Petrochemical Company recorded one of the best starts in recent years, with a revenue of 56 billion and 607 million Tomans.
Urea Granules, with an 82% share of revenue equivalent to 46 billion Tomans, played a major role in generating revenue for the company and once again solidified its position as the company’s financial driver. Comparing this year’s performance with the same period last year shows a significant 324% growth in the company’s revenue.
This is while in March/ April 2024, the only product offered was “urea granules” and there was no news of diversification of the supply portfolio. The upward trend of Kermanshah Petrochemical at the beginning of 2025 indicates the fact that intelligent use of the capacities of the commodity exchange and moving towards product diversification can pave the way for sustainable revenue growth and development of target markets for this company.
