The 10th National Congress of the “Manager of the Year Excellence Award” was held at the IRIB International Conference Center, during which Seyed Nourollah Mirashrafi, CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tabriz Petrochemical company, was honored as one of the country’s value-creating managers and received the Manager of the Year Excellence Award for 2025.
Mirashrafi’s selection was based on the outstanding performance of Tabriz Petrochemical in recent years; a performance that includes setting historic records in profitability, export growth, improving energy and water efficiency, and advancing the complex’s development projects.
Diversification of products, increasing production capacity, optimal cost management, and reducing dependency through in-house manufacturing of parts were also influential factors in this selection.
