The heartbreaking tragedy of the helicopter crash and the unexpected martyrdom of the president, the foreign minister, the representative of the leader of the Islamic Revolution in East Azerbaijan Province, the general governor and their companions has triggered great pain and sorrow.
Inner purity, humbleness and the passion for service, were among the most outstanding features of president Ayatollah Raeisi during the past periods. The character of this great scholar as the eighth president of Islamic republic of Iran was such that his promotion to official responsibilities did not change his spirit as the servant of the Iranian nation.
With a sorrowful heart, I express my condolences to the Imam of the Ages, the supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution, the great people of Iran and the dear families of the martyrs. I ask God for the eminence of their degrees.
Undoubtedly, the soothing presence of Ayatollah Khamenei is the stabilizing anchor for Iran. Since its inception, the Islamic Republic has faced numerous challenges and has overcome them successfully. The deep ties between the Imam and the Umma in the first decade of the revolution ensured the security of Iran. And today, the expediency of the Leader and the awareness of the people will help us pass through these day, God willing
