Shiraz Petrochemical Public Relations Ranked Among the Best with Two National Titles

At this event, the Best Public Relations Manager award in Iran was also presented to Mahan Shojaei, Public Relations director of Shiraz Petrochemical Company.

Shiraz Petrochemical, by winning two national awards at the 21st International Public Relations Festival and Symposium, claimed the titles of Best Public Relations and Top Public Relations Manager in Iran; a success that further highlights the company’s position in organizational and media communications.

Shiraz Petrochemical achieved a rare standing in organizational communications by winning two national awards as the Best Public Relations and Top Public Relations Manager in Iran for the year 2025.

This achievement was recorded at the 21st International Public Relations Festival and Symposium and reflects the company’s outstanding performance in professional management of internal and external communications.

At this event, the Best Public Relations Manager award in Iran was also presented to Mahan Shojaei, Public Relations director of Shiraz Petrochemical Company.

According to the jury, Shiraz Petrochemical Public Relations was introduced as the country’s top public relations due to significant achievements in several key areas.

Indicators such as innovation in communication programs, development and utilization of digital information tools, enhancement of content production quality, performance documentation management, transparency and accountability in community interaction, and leading performance in media communications were among the main reasons for this selection. In the managerial category, the ability in communication leadership, strategic vision, improvement of information dissemination structure, and intelligent management of media interactions highlighted the position of the company’s public relations manager.

The 21st International Public Relations Symposium was held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the National Library of Iran International Conference Center.

The ceremony began with the reading of a message from the President; a message that emphasized the key role of public relations in managing public opinion, organizational behavior, and social responsibility. 

This year’s scientific theme was set as “The Role and Functions of Public Relations in Wartime Crises.” 

Two specialized workshops, two scientific panels, the presence of nine domestic and international professors, and the participation of more than 100 governmental and private organizations created a space for dialogue and specialized analyses. 

The topics discussed mainly focused on crisis communication management, media operations in wartime conditions, and the role of public relations in rebuilding public trust. 

According to the report, Shiraz Petrochemical simultaneously winning two national awards was cited as a sign of this company’s professional capability in organizational and media communications; a success that further consolidates Shiraz Petrochemical’s position among the country’s leading organizations.
