In a ceremony attended by the Presidential Advisor on Economic Cooperation, the Secretary of the Government Economic Commission, the Secretary General of the Workers’ House, and a group of national officials, Dr. Hossein Rafiqdoost, CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fanavaran Petrochemical Company, was honored as “a famous figure in the country’s industry and economy in the post-war period”. This was in recognition of his outstanding services in the field of industry and the national economy. The ceremony to honor famous figures in the country’s industry and economy was held on the evening of Wednesday, August 19, 2025, at the International Conference Center of the Iranian Broadcasting Corporation.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Aghapour Alishahi, Advisor to the President on Economic Cooperation, Dr. Ebrahim Sayami, Secretary of the Government Economic Commission, Alireza Mahjoub, Secretary General of the Workers’ House, and a group of national managers and officials. At this event, Dr. Hossein Rafighdoost, CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fanavaran Petrochemical Company, was presented with a plaque of appreciation, for his efforts and achievements in the path of industrial development, enhancing production capacities, and playing an effective role in the national economy.
According to this report, the jury of this selection cited Dr. Rafighdoost’s effective role in leading Fanavaran Petrochemical Complex, developing strategic infrastructure, a new management approach, and attention to social responsibilities as the most important reasons for granting this title. It is worth noting that this ceremony was held within the framework of the 8th National Conference to Honor Famous Figures in the Country’s Industry and Economy.
