Shakhrak achieved sales revenue of 106 thousand billion rials during the 8-month performance of the fiscal year ending March 20, 2025. This is a 32% increase compared to the same period last year. Khark Petrochemical Company achieved revenue of 14,482 billion rials from the sale of its products in the month ending November 2024, which was a 12% increase compared to the same period last year.
Compared to the previous month, the company’s one-month revenue grew by 107 percent, while the revenue earned last month amounted to 6,965 billion and 287 million rials. Among the products supplied, methanol played a significant role in realizing the one-month operating income with a share of 9.31 billion and 517 million rials, equivalent to 62 percent of the total revenue.
Next, the two products, butane and propane, which were sold for 3,663 billion and 471 million rials and 1,787 billion and 781 million rials, respectively, ranked second and third in terms of the highest sales value. In the first month of November this year, the production of Khark Petrochemical Company reached 71,892 tons, of which 88,296 tons were sold with a larger volume of production.
This is while in the same month last year, the company managed to produce 93,313 tons of products and sold 88,895 tons, a 95% share of production. The company’s production volume in the month of September 2024 compared to the company’s production volume of 84,152 tons in the previous month represents a 14% decrease compared to the previous month. The company’s sales volume in the current month also increased by 36% compared to the previous month, reaching 64,796 tons.
It should be noted that methanol, with a production volume of 43,626 tons, has the largest share in the production volume of the month of September 2024, and the largest sales volume of 67,771 tons was allocated to methanol. In September this year, the highest value of product sales rate of 9.31 billion and 517 million rials was related to the methanol product with the highest sales rate. This rate has experienced a growth of 260 percent compared to the previous month, which was 2,502 billion and 711 million rials.
This rate has also experienced a growth of 121% compared to the same period last year, which was 4.833.365 billion rials.
