In a ceremony attended by members of the Board of Directors, deputies, and managers of Shazand Petrochemical Company, Abbas Karimi was introduced as the CEO of this company. At the beginning of this ceremony, which was held on Saturday morning, November 2, in the meeting hall of Shazand Petrochemical Company’s headquarters, Dr. Mohammad Khazaei Kohpar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sharak, congratulated Engineer Abbas Karimi on his appointment as the new CEO of Shazand Petrochemical Company and thanked Dr. Khalilinia, the former CEO of the company, for his valuable services.
He pointed out that Karimi accepted his new responsibility at Shazand under critical circumstances and against his own desire. All the company’s staff and operational managers are expected to work with all their might alongside the new CEO on the path of growth and excellence.
Expressing his pleasure at being present again among the deputies, managers, and hardworking employees of Shazand Petrochemical Company, and also appreciating the trust of the shareholders and esteemed members of the Board of Directors, Karimi added that one of the advantages and positive points of Shazand Petrochemical Company in the petrochemical industry is the highly capable and specialized technical team working in this company.
Sharak’s CEO, praising the efforts and services of Dr. Khalilinia, expressed his hopes that with the help of God and the collective efforts of all managers and employees of the company, the company would be able to have better conditions in the field of product production and witness new successes.
It is worth mentioning that Abbas Karimi was elected as the CEO of Shazand Petrochemical Company in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors on October 24, 2024, succeeding Alireza Khalilinia.
