Shazand Petrochemical Company has announced the end of the hearing of a foreign company’s lawsuit against it and the closure of the case in favor of this petrochemical company. The lawsuit was filed in 2014 against Shazand Petrochemical for over 6,000 tons of monoethylene glycol (along with the damages). But Shazand has now succeeded in ending the claim in its favor by providing the necessary documents and defenses.
According to this report, with the effective follow-up of Shazand Petrochemical and the committed efforts of the legal department and the special representative of this company, the court ruled on the acquittal of Shazand Petrochemical and closed the case, preventing the withdrawal of 800 billion tomans from the company’s resources and assets.
Shazand Petrochemical Company, in order to defend the resources of the company, made round-the-clock efforts to provide the necessary defenses and documents and committedly took steps towards the realization of its rights.
It is worth mentioning that from the initial hearing to the appeal, a total of 27 experts commented on this case, which indicates the complexity and difficulty of the process.
